At TechQuarters, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
